Research On The Ways To Improve The Poverty Of The Rural Poor In The Context Of Precision Poverty

At present,my country has entered a critical period of poverty alleviation,and the "last mile" sprint stage of fully building a well-off society as scheduled.With the continuous advancement of targeted poverty alleviation work,we clearly recognize that the spiritual poverty alleviation work of the rural poor plays a vital role in the poverty alleviation of the poverty-stricken areas and the revitalization of the rural areas.The rural poor are not only the targets of poverty alleviation,but also the main force for prospering the countryside and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,the government should help the rural poor to build self-reliance and hard work with confidence and determination through both material and spiritual poverty alleviation.Giving full play to the main role and actively participating in the practice of poverty alleviation is the key to winning the battle of poverty alleviation and realizing rural revitalization.This article takes the poverty alleviation practice of Xinkou Village,Zhouzhi County,Shaanxi Province as a research sample,uses literature analysis and semi-structured interviews to discuss the performance of spiritual poverty of the rural poor,and uses the theory of poverty culture and the theory of cultural fall to analyze the reasons and propose Ascension path.The survey found that the mental poverty of the poor population in Xinkou Village is manifested in five aspects: the traditional personality is obvious,the desire to escape poverty is not high,the way of thinking about the production and sale of agricultural products is single,the selfdevelopment ability is insufficient,the subject participation in poverty relief is insufficient,and the life goals are lacking.The main reasons are as follows: Xinkou village is located in the Qinba mountainous area in the country’s concentrated contiguous and destitute area.Traditional concepts and closed rural environment have shaped a “poverty culture”.Poor people affected by such a poor culture lack the enthusiasm and initiative to escape poverty;Poor people who have experienced learned helplessness will also produce self-denial and no longer believe in their abilities;due to the low education level of the poor people,they lack the ability to get out of poverty,and they will not be able to produce sustained motivation to get out of poverty;plus poverty alleviation cadres China’s heavy material poverty alleviation,less mental poverty alleviation,lack of constraints on the behavior of the poor,mental poverty alleviation and assistance projects are not effective,and “contracted” poverty alleviation.As the theoretical support and basis of this article,"Opinions on the Actions for Poverty Alleviation and Poverty Alleviation" proposes ways to reduce the impact of poverty culture on the mentally impoverished population,enhance the ability of the poor to free themselves from poverty,and establish and improve mental poverty alleviation work mechanisms.Only by cooperating with many parties can we win the battle against poverty and achieve the great goal of rural revitalization in the middle of this century.
