Research On The Role Of Jinsuo Street Partv Organizations In Accurate Poverty Alleviation

Under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is an unavoidable historical responsibility of the grass-roots Party organizations to strengthen the precise poverty alleviation work for the residents in poverty-stricken areas.In this paper,Jinsuo Street Grass-roots Party organizations in precision poverty alleviation work as the core to explore the role of comprehensive use of literature analysis,interviews,case analysis and other methods.This paper probes into the present situation,achievements,existing problems and causes of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level in Jinsuo Street in their work of accurately alleviating poverty,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.Combined with relevant literature and research,the following points of view are drawn:First,Jinsuo Street grassroots party organizations in the accurate poverty alleviation of the main work,including accurate poverty alleviation policy guidance,accurate poverty alleviation policy planning,accurate poverty alleviation service support.Achievements in precise poverty alleviation include a sustained decline in the absolute number of poor people,great progress in infrastructure construction,the complete elimination of school dropouts due to poverty,and the support of a number of agricultural industries.Secondly,there are some problems in the precise poverty alleviation of the grass-roots Party organizations in Jinsuo Street:there is no "people,enterprises" cooperation platform in the process of precise poverty alleviation,the ability of grassroots Party organizations to plan as a whole is weak,the phenomenon of offside and vacancy exists in the process of poverty alleviation,and corruption of individual power exists.The reasons for the above problems lie in the following:the grassroots party organizations'ideological cognition has not been changed in time,the lack of perfect laws and regulations,the lack of moderation in their functions,and the defects in the supervision and evaluation mechanism.Thirdly,the countermeasures to enhance the precise role of the grass-roots party organizations in Jinsuo Street in poverty alleviation include strengthening the guiding ability of the cooperation between the people and enterprises,strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations,changing the idea of helping to achieve scientific help,and strengthening the construction of supervision and evaluation mechanism.
