The introduction and application of information technology have driven the birth and development of e-government.Through in-depth implementation of e-government,China's government affairs management level,resource integration level,information sharing level,and collaborative application level have been greatly improved,and efforts have been made to promote the gradual integration of government management,basic platform,resource management,and application services.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the creation and comprehensive development of e-government,and has attempted to cut into creating a sunshine government and a service-oriented government,and promote continuous innovation in systems,management,and services.Based on this,this article combines e-government theory and government process optimization theory to discuss the application advantages of e-government in depth.Based on the basic characteristics of e-government,this paper proposes strategies that are conducive to enhancing government work efficiency and improving government service levels.This article uses literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire method and employee interview method,based on business process reengineering and government process optimization theory to discuss the problem of business process information management of A street office.The research contents are as follows: First,the The background,research status and related theories of e-government and government process optimization are described.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of information management and business process of A street office.Third,through the questionnaire and employee interviews,the problems and causes of the business process information management of the A street office were analyzed.Finally,based on the business process optimization theory,the optimal countermeasures for the information management of business processes in the A street office are analyzed.This article mainly takes the current e-government in the high-efficiency eco-economic zone as an example to deeply analyze the promotion of e-government on creating a sunny government and a service-oriented government,as well as on the continuous innovation of system,management and service.Processing efficiency,improving the current administrative processing flow of the government and providing practical reference guidance.
