Since the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China,China’s society and economy have undergone tremendous changes.The process of urbanization has been called the fastest-growing and largest-scale in the history of the world.The rapid economic growth has led to the continuous improvement of the living standards of urban residents.The rapid advancement of urbanization has led to a rapid increase in the urban population.The existing stock housing,whether in terms of living environment or community function,is increasingly in conflict with urban development and the needs of residents.Highlight.At the same time,as the level of modernization continues to advance,today’s new types of communities will gradually be phased out as future old communities,and some have encountered similar problems with old communities.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the transformation of old communities is related to the development of the city.It is necessary to accelerate the pace of transformation to make people’s lives more convenient,comfortable and beautiful,and to abandon the previous extensive management model and make the city management and service model more refined.And precise.Therefore,the governance of old communities is an inevitable requirement for urban development to a certain stage.It is an important "shortcoming"project,which is related to the development of the entire society and the city.Its governance level is closely related to everyone’s life.An important basis for the degree of community harmony.Jianghan District of Wuhan City,as the old city of Wuhan,has a large inventory of old communities,long construction time,and a relatively complicated governance model.This article takes the old community in Jianghan District of Wuhan as an example,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing relevant research,and comprehensively uses the questionnaire survey method and literature research method to analyze the current status,current problems and various The subject’s participation was elaborated and the reasons were analyzed in depth.Through the research and analysis of the governance status of the old communities in Jianghan District of Wuhan City,it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the governance of the old communities in China’s large cities.The research in this article is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.Explain the research background and significance of this article,sort out and comment on the research status of community governance,old community governance,collaborative governance theory at home and abroad,and at the same time,the research methods used in this article and the innovations in this article Give a brief introduction.The second part mainly elaborates related concepts and theoretical foundations.This article defines the governance of old communities and communities involved in this article,and gives an overview of the theoretical basis on which this article is based—governance theory,collaborative governance theory,and multiple governance theory.The third part mainly describes the basic situation of community governance in Jianghan District,Wuhan,and the current governance subjects of old communities in Jianghan District.It conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of governance in old communities,and analyzes the current governance situation of old communities in Jianghan District based on the questionnaire survey.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of the cooperative governance of old communities in Jianghan District of Wuhan.Combined with the above analysis,centering on the relevant theoretical basis,the problems existing in the governance process of the old communities in Jianghan District of Wuhan City,especially the synergy,are summarized,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed in depth.The fifth part summarizes the advanced experience and enlightenment of urban community governance in foreign countries,and provides reference for the governance of old communities in large cities in China by sorting out the advanced experience of community governance in the United States,Singapore and Japan.The sixth part puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the governance of old communities in big cities.Based on the research on the governance of old communities in Jianghan District of Wuhan City,combined with the successful experience of community governance in foreign countries,the countermeasures and suggestions for the governance of old communities in large cities are provided on the basis of collaborative governance theory and multiple governance theory.
