| Nowadays,with the popularity of the Internet,the mass information of good and bad is full of the whole Internet,the problem of online public opinions is increasingly prominent,and its influence is increasing.Due to the specialty and sensitivity of the work of public security organs,any behavior of them is under the spotlight,which is easy to become the focus of the media and Internet users,resulting in frequent police-related network public opinions at this stage.The negative public opinions related to the police cause a huge impact on the work of the public security organ.How to deal with the police-related network public opinion quickly and effectively has become an important issue.Therefore,this paper focuses on the optimization on mechanical level of the governance of police-related network public opinions from the perspective of public security.Specifically,combined with the current situation of public opinions management mechanism of police network in public security organs,through literature review,case analysis,comparative study and other research methods,especially through the comparison of two recent major positive and negative cases of police-related network public opinions,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of relevant public security organs in dealing with police-related network public opinions from the aspects of event communication process,communication trend,communication platform statistics and media response.On this basis,we point out the existing problems of coping mechanism and further analyze the causes.At the same time,we draw on the successful experience of the United States,Hong Kong and other developed countries and regions to discuss the further optimization of the governance mechanism of police-related network public opinions.Finally,this paper puts forward the suggestions for optimizing the governance mechanism of police-related network public opinions:first,the optimization of the early-warning mechanism before the fermentation of network public opinions:the establishment of a special network public opinions monitoring and early-warning institution of public security involving police,the use of government purchase of social services to strengthen cooperation,and the regional cooperation of early-warning and monitoring of police-related network public opinions;second,the optimization of the response mechanism of police-relate network public opinions crisis:strengthen the multi-departments joint mechanism,establish the news spokesman mechanism,strengthen the optimization mechanism of the media position construction;third,the optimization of the mechanism of dealing with the aftermath police-related network public opinions:establish the mechanism of continuous crisis follow-up,strengthen the investigation and punishment of false public opinions,improve the construction of public opinions guidance and response team,and build a harmonious relationship between the police and the people. |
