| At present,police-related online public opinions have become a common form of online public opinions,and become the key content of public opinion response work of public security organs.The network public opinions about negative police will have a serious negative impact on the credibility and public image of public security organs,and even seriously affect political security,social stability and people’s peace through the communication and amplification function of the network.With the development of economy and society,the law enforcement environment and the cyberspace environment are undergoing profound changes,and the public security organs are faced with new challenges in responding to the police-related public opinions on the Internet.This paper takes the data related to the response of police-related network public opinions in Zengcheng District,Guangzhou as the sample.Through literature research,case analysis,investigation and research,in-depth interview and other methods,the data related to the police-related network public opinions in Zengcheng District in the past five years are statistically summarized to explore the characteristics and rules of police-related network public opinions in Zengcheng District,and combined with typical cases,analyze the city involved police network public opinion to deal with work problems and short board,which deal with consciousness weak,coping mechanism is not sound,lack of media coping skills,and so on,summarizes increase urban involved police and experience,the advantages of network public opinion to deal with work and public crisis management concept,put forward the initiative response and root on the method to solve the problem of a high incidence of wade p network public opinion,the formation of feasible countermeasures and Suggestions,improve response mechanism,improve the operational effectiveness,promote increase city public security organs involved police network public opinion comprehensive ability. |
