There are 7.2 million civil servants in China,and township civil servants are the largest group of the whole civil servants.Civil servants are called "iron rice bowls".However,in recent years,the professional pressure of civil servants is also gradually highlighted,especially in the deepest grass-roots township civil servants.The problem of professional pressure has a profound impact on the work and life of township civil servants.Taking the township civil servants in Y County of B city as the research object,this paper studies the current situation and causes of the occupational stress of the township civil servants by means of questionnaire and case analysis,explores the measures to reduce the occupational stress of the township civil servants,alleviates the occupational pressure of the township civil servants,thus increasing the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the township civil servants to start their own businesses,and provides a solid foundation for the development of the region.Real human resources guarantee.This paper introduces the background,significance and research status at home and abroad.It measures the occupational stress of township civil servants from six dimensions:workload,time urgency,work responsibility,accountability,salary and treatment,and interpersonal relationship.It also analyses the current situation of the pressure of civil servants,including policy impact,inadequate organization and management,and the ideological understanding of individual civil servants.This paper analyses the reasons from five aspects:ability,stigmatization of civil servants in villages and towns,and family marriage problems brought about by working and living environment in villages and towns.Five countermeasures are put forward,which are inclination of policy system to townships,improvement of organization and management level,improvement of individual subjectivity of civil servants in townships,positive guidance of public opinion,and strengthening support and concern for civil servants' family love and marriage problems.
