Research On Reform Of Meishan City Management Administrative Law Enforcement System

With the rapid development and urbanization of the city,higher requirements are put forward for city environmental sanitation and traffic order.City management is facing new challenges.The traditional management system haven't been able to meet the needs of city's development.It is imperative to reform the city management administrative law enforcement system.This paper focuses on the reform of Meishan city administrative law enforcement system,to put forward the idea of system reform in line with small and medium-sized cities,to provide practical experience for the reform of urban management system at the grass-roots level,and to build a reform framework in line with the situation of urban management and law enforcement system at the grass-roots level.Meishan City built in 2001,and the City Administration Bureau was established in the same year.In recent years,it has experienced many times of urban management and law enforcement system reform and institutional restructuring.Although it has achieved some results,there are still defects in the standardization and legalization,and the reform has a long way to go.By using the methods of literature research,comparative research and interview,this paper studies the reform of city management administrative law enforcement system in Meishan City,analyzes the crux of the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions to improve the city management administrative law enforcement system from the aspects of legislative guarantee,institutional setting and law enforcement mode,with a view to further deepening reform and achieve the goal.
