The Cultivating Research On College Students’ Craftsmanship Spirit In The New Era

The dream of our Communist party of China and all of our Chinese people is to make our country to become a strong,prosperous,democratic,civilized,harmonious,beautiful and modernized country,to realize the national rejuvenation.In order to make this great dream to come true,to satisfy people’s growing demands of high-quality living,we need lots of high-quality talent,the men with craftsmanship spirit.Cultivating college students’ craftsmanship spirit in the new Era is the real need of to be a manufacturing powerful modern country,and the basic requirement of colleges in the new Era to foster virtue through education,at the same time,is the important skill for college students to improve their qualities and enhance their competitiveness.The main purpose of this paper is to improve the scientificity and pertinence of the cultivation of college students’ craftsmanship spirit,and mainly sues the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire,following the way of finding questions,analyzing questions and solve the questions.At first,I have analyzed the connotation,the characteristic and the new requirement in the new Era of the craftsmanship spirit,sorted out the development history of the craftsmanship spirit since our construction of socialism,In this paper,I have used the questionnaire survey method,mainly for the colleges of Hunan Province,then to analyze the current situation of cultivation of college students’ craftsmanship spirit,and the difficult situation we face,then I have raised the ways to cultivate college students’ craftsmanship spirit,including raise the awareness of craftsmanship spirit,to make the internal driving force;renew the methods of education,to arouse vitality;optimize circumstance and reform mechanisms,to give impetus to the cultivation;and learned the experiences of Cultivating from other countries.
