| If the nation is to be rejuvenated,the countryside must be rejuvenated.Since the 21 st century,the issue of “Agriculture,rural areas and farmers”has always been the top priority of the party’s work.The campaign against poverty by 2020 has achieved comprehensive success,and the focus of the work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers has shifted to the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.As the main body of the countryside,peasants play an irreplaceable role in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and revitalizing the countryside.However,under the influence of historical conditions,social environment and population structure,farmers are faced with such problems as the lack of subject consciousness,the lack of subject ability and the lack of subject power,so the function of farmers’ subject can not be realized.How to play the main role of farmers in rural revitalization and realize their own value has become an urgent problem to be solved in today’s society.Based on the practice,this paper takes the Marxist thought of the people as the theoretical foundation,adopts the research method of the combination of theory and demonstration,and studies from the perspective of Peasants’ participation in rural revitalization.In the empirical study,the five villages in F Town were selected as the survey samples,and the status quo of Peasants’ main role in rural revitalization was investigated through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and interviews,to understand the current situation of peasants’ subjective role in rural revitalization.The survey found that farmers have a high degree of enthusiasm in rural infrastructure construction,rural industrial development and ecological environment maintenance,and their main role has been effectively played,however,there are also some problems,such as the weak sense of subject,the lack of motivation and the low degree of organization.Through field research and literature analysis,we find that it is mainly caused by many factors,such as the weak rural Base,the backward thought of small farmers,the low educational level,and the unsound participation mechanism.According to the survey results,in view of the problems existing in the play of the main role of farmers in rural revitalization,this paper suggests that the role of farmers should be promoted from five aspects: breaking down cognitive barriers,improving the ability of farmers,unblocking the way of participation,enhancing material security and strengthening the construction of organizations.At the cognitive level,through strengthening policy propaganda,the cognitive barriers of farmers to the rural revitalization policy will be broken down,and through strengthening farmers’ identity,the cognitive barriers of farmers to themselves will be broken down.At the capacity level,through optimizing rural educational resources,ways to cultivate new type of professional farmers and enhance farmers’ ability toparticipate in rural revitalization;at the level of participation,farmers’ participation will be promoted by guaranteeing their democratic rights and broadening the ways of their participation;and at the level of guarantee,the development of rural industries will be vigorously promoted,at the level of organization construction,we should strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and social organizations so as to unite the main force of farmers and improve the effectiveness of farmers’ participation in rural revitalization. |
