Research On Network Rumor Response In Public Crisis Of Public Security Organs In Jinan

Since the reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in politics and economy.However,the rapid development has also caused many negative problems.The prominent risks and contradictions lead to frequent public emergencies.On the other hand,the popularization of the Internet and the in-depth application of the mobile Internet are affecting our way of life in various aspects such as medical treatment,consumption and the development of network media.However,the network environment is complicated and lax control leads to the intensification of network rumors.Especially when public crisis happens,the generation and diffusion of network rumors become inevitable.As the main force in response,the public security organs should deeply explore the causes,types and harms of Internet rumors,explore reasonable and effective countermeasures,and timely and properly regulate Internet rumors,so as to ensure the stability and harmony of the society and the security and development of the country.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the background and significance of the research.Then,the relevant literature review at home and abroad was sorted out to pave the way for the follow-up research.The second part first defines the concepts of rumors,network rumors and public crisis events,and then expounds the theoretical basis of this research.The third part is the combination of theoretical research,to explore the cause of the network of rumors in the public crisis events and type,which is classified into missing information,the pursuit of interests,conflict and political purpose four categories,and explaining the network of rumors in the public crisis can destroy personal life order,affect social harmony and stability,and harm to the management of state and government.Fourth part in jinan public security organs to deal with the present status of Internet rumors in public crisis events are analyzed,combining with the jinan public security organ of the role,and the measures taken by the typical cases,found the jinan in response to the public security organs in dealing with the disposal of relatively lags behind,the release thin ",reply "asymmetry",the punishment measures do not reach the designated position,netizens reflect irrational five problems,and explore the problem exists because of dealing with the disposal mechanism is not sound,lack of multi-party cooperative system,civilian police business level is not high,imperfect legal system and the netizen quality caused by uneven.The fifth part combining the above results,to enhance the response capacity of the jinan public security organs,improve the network rumors coping mechanisms,to form the coordination system of participating,build quality excellent professional team,perfect the legal regulating of the Internet rumors,promoting the comprehensive quality and ability of netizens this five specific measures to help the public security organs in response to public crisis Internet rumors,promote economic development and safeguard social stability.
