Local Governments Will Carry Out Research On Revitalizing Rural Industries

At the crucial juncture of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a modern socialist country,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)made a major decision and plan for implementing the rural revitalization strategy,pointing out the focus of work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Rural industry is an industry that can effectively increase farmers’ economic income,which is produced by the integration of multiple industries in rural environment.The unsmooth development of rural industrial revitalization will not only greatly slow down the growth rate of farmers’ income,but also greatly restrict the diversified development of agricultural and rural economy,and ultimately delay the overall revitalization of rural areas.In recent years,the township chongren county L in the process of promoting rural industries,with the number and size of the local rural industry growing,the township financial income and local farmers income also will increase,but also met a series of problems are still not well solved,lead to rural small industry scale,scattered distribution,failed to form a certain number of industry cluster,Lack of efficient market competitiveness.In this article,through data collection,field visits,questionnaires and data access way to fully grasp chongren county L township rural industry development situation,again through the literature research,case study and questionnaire survey and other research methods,research analysis chongren county L township rural industry development process and present situation,points out existing problems,and targeted in-depth analysis,Finally,combined with the reality of chongren county L rural industry,put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The research results show that chongren county township in the process of rural industries,L facing villages industrial projects lack of connection,the industrial development is difficult to form scale,little villages and towns industry matching funds for poverty alleviation,industry development,insufficient funds,lack of professional technical force is weak,the industrial development technical support,rural industry produce light pin,such problems as lack of sustainability of industrial development,The main reasons are the lack of scientific planning for rural industrial revitalization projects,the limitation of supporting funds for industrial revitalization projects and the lack of relevant professional talent reserve.According to the experience and practice of rural industry revitalization in L township of Chongren County,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as rationally distributing industrial projects,increasing capital investment,introducing and training corresponding professional and technical personnel,and broadening sales channels,in order to further promote the sustainable development of industry in L township of Chongren County and achieve common prosperity.
