Research On The Effective Supply Of Rural Infrastructure In Shanxi Province

The sound infrastructure construction is the foundation of regional economic development and the guarantee for the improvement of the quality of life of the regional people.The development of regional economy,the advancement of science and technology,the improvement of people’s living standards,the improvement of environmental quality,and the development of cultural and health undertakings are all inseparable.The promotion of infrastructure.The issue of rural development and construction has always been a problem that China attaches great importance to.Due to the influence of long-term historical factors,the development of rural areas in China is relatively slow,and the construction of various infrastructures lags far behind urban areas,making the needs of rural residents unsatisfied.It has seriously impeded the economic development of rural areas and is not conducive to the integration of urban and rural areas.Therefore,China’s “three rural” documents attach great importance to the construction of rural infrastructure.The Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2011)clearly stated that the infrastructure construction should focus on the rural areas and continue to increase investment.The infrastructure construction that meets the needs of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” is the material basis for the rural revitalization strategy and plays an important role in promoting agriculture and rural modernization and developing the rural economy.Shanxi Province is China’s major energy province and a bridge for the development of the west in the east.It has an important position in the national economic development.The supply of rural infrastructure in Shanxi Province plays a vital role in the development of various undertakings in rural areas of Shanxi Province.However,many rural areas in Shanxi Province do not have a sound infrastructure.The supply of infrastructure has problems such as imbalanced supply structure,low supply,and low supply efficiency.The existence of these problems not only affects the economic development of rural areas.It also has a negative impact on the lives and production of rural residents.This paper takes the rural areas of Shanxi Province as the research object,analyzes the status quoof its infrastructure supply,and finds out its existing problems,and then proposes strategies to realize the effective supply of rural infrastructure in Shanxi Province.This paper firstly uses the method of literature research to elaborate the relevant research literatures at home and abroad,and has a comprehensive understanding of the current research situation.Secondly,it elaborates the key concepts and important theoretical basis involved in the paper;The status quo of rural infrastructure supply in Shanxi Province was analyzed in four aspects: living infrastructure,agricultural productive infrastructure,rural social development infrastructure and ecological environment construction.In order to understand the current situation of rural basic supply in Shanxi Province and the effectiveness of rural infrastructure construction in recent years,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on the status quo of infrastructure supply in nine villages in Shanxi Province.By analyzing the supply status and the results of the questionnaire survey,we find out the problems and causes of the rural infrastructure supply in Shanxi Province.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and solutions are proposed for the causes of these problems,and it is hoped that it can provide a useful reference for the effective supply of rural infrastructure in Shanxi Province.
