| In recent years,China’s aging population has been growing rapidly,the proportion of the working population has been declining,and the pressure on society to provide for the aged has become more and more obvious.Pension service industry be developed under the background of this emerging industry in China,also known as the "sunrise industry",but in the process of pension service industry development,effective supply shortage has become an important factor affecting the pension service development,therefore this article through to the Chinese pension service effective supply conditions,influence factors and according to the research results in this paper,policy Suggestions are put forward.First of all,this paper puts forward the background and significance of the topic selection based on the current background and trend of the aging of population both at home and abroad.Combining and sorting out the research results of relevant scholars and the research objective of this paper,it defines the relevant connotation of the old-age service and the effective supply of old-age service.It is proposed that the effective provision of old-age care services consists of three aspects:the provision of old-age care services should be sufficient to meet the needs of the elderly;The supply quality of pension service should meet the needs of the elderly.The pension service supply structure should pay attention to fairness and rationality.Next,the paper focuses on the effects of pension fund support,pension manpower investment,government policy support and economic development level on the effective supply of pension services in China.In the part of statistical analysis,this paper obtains the specific indicators to measure the effective supply of China’s pension service according to a large number of research literature and the research objective of this paper.From pension service quantity,quality and structure of the three angles to statistical analysis of endowment service supply,then according to the statistical results put forward the our country endowment service there is lack of effective supply phenomenon:total pension supply cannot meet the demand of total pension;The quality of pension service supply is not high,which is reflected in that the overall pension service supply level cannot meet the pension service demand level.The supply rate of life care service for the aged is high,but the utilization rate is low,and invalid supply occurs.The quality of nursing service for the aged is difficult to meet their needs for medical care.The supply of mental and cultural services for the aged is insufficient and the types are poor.The structural development of community home and institutional endowment model is seriously unbalanced,which is not matched with the needs of the elderly in their later life.There are obvious differences between the total supply and the quality of supply between urban and rural pension services,which is not consistent with the requirements of equal pension services.In the empirical analysis section,select government and folk organization funded endowment service level,human capital investment and economic development and water consumption ability index of our country in the elderly endowment service efficiency of effective supply,supply quality and the supply structure of regression analysis,the overall regression results show that the total investment of endowment service supply,there is a clear role in promoting the quality of supply,also promote the adjustment of the supply structure,the old people’s consumption ability raise also indirectly increase the efficiency of endowment service supply;The regional regression results show that the above factors have a significant promotion effect on the effective supply efficiency and the improvement of the quality of the eastern pension service,but the effects are different in terms of the central and western regions.Finally,based on the above theoretical and empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward policy Suggestions. |
