Research On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Infrastructure In J County Of Shandong Province

Public goods is an important foundation of residents' life,public infrastructure is an important part of public goods,and its supply level influences the level of living standard of residents.J county is located in the central and western part of Shandong Province,and is located in the northwest plain of Shandong Province.The agricultural economy is developed.Since the reform and opening up,especially since the beginning of the new century,the rural economy has developed rapidly,the living standards of the rural residents have been gradually improved,and the material demands of the rural residents have been gradually met.The material needs of rural residents gradually met,and began to pursue a higher level of spiritual and cultural needs.Along with the trend of socialist new countryside construction,J county government vigorously promoted the construction of new countryside and achieved many successes.The cultural life of rural residents was gradually enriched.However,in general,the supply of public infrastructure,especially public cultural infrastructure,in rural areas has many shortcomings,which cannot meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of rural residents.It hinders the development of rural economy in J County and the further improvement of living standard of rural residents.In order to improve the supply level of rural public cultural infrastructure in J County,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply of rural public cultural infrastructure in J County,Shandong Province,from the perspective of networked management theory,taking the rural area of J County in Shandong Province as an example.This paper studies the present situation of rural public cultural infrastructure supply and the reasons for its output problems,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction.This paper mainly discusses the research background,theoretical and practical significance,domestic and foreign research situation and research methods of rural public cultural infrastructure supply.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.It mainly describes public goods and rural areas.The third part is the current situation and problems of rural public cultural infrastructure supply in J County of Shandong Province.The fourth part is the reason for the supply of rural public culturalinfrastructure in J County,Shandong Province.The use of network governance governance from the supply of the main body,supply process,The management mechanism and supply capacity are analyzed in terms of the causes of the problems.5th part of the promotion of J County Shandong Province rural public cultural infrastructure supply level countermeasures.
