Research On Rural Infrastructure Supply Issues

As an important part of public goods,the infrastructure is considered to be an important prerequisite for economic growth and social development.The infrastructure plays an important role in the rural economy and social development.Its improvement is directly related to the comprehensive development of the rural economy and the construction of the new socialist countryside.Due to historical and realistic reasons,the rural infrastructure is generally fragile.In this paper,we have choose the emerging electric D town as the representative,which is developing from the traditional agricultural town to the urbanization.Although the economy of the D town has developed,it still is the agricultural town which urbanization level is low and the supply of rural infrastructure has many problems.These problems has restricted the economic development of D town to a certain extent.How to improve the supply efficiency of infrastructure effectively and find the reasonable way of supply which is suitable for these rural areas.They are the primary task of rural economic development in such areas.This paper discusses the concept extension of the rural infrastructure,analyzes the classification and attribute of rural infrastructure,and makes an in-depth study on the supply of rural infrastructure on the basis of the theory of public product and public choice.This paper analyzes the supply problems of rural infrastructure in D town,and to build a comprehensive pattern of the supply of rural infrastructure from the supply pattern,supply decision,capital investment,investment and financing mechanism,management and supervision system,government capacity,government affairs and responsibilities.
