Research On The Management Of Education And Training For Middle-level Cadres Of YZ Municipal Government

The education and training management of the mid-level government officials at the county level is an education and training management activity that takes mid-level government officials as the object,the latest theoretical study of the party as the core,the improvement of the mid-level government officials’ability and quality as the focus,and the promotion of the cause of the party and the country as the main purpose,it is a powerful starting point for promoting the construction of a contingent of cadres at the grass-roots level,also it is an important way to implement the requirement of the central government to comprehensively strictly govern the party and build a law-based and service-oriented government.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to meet the requirements of the new era and the new situation,the central and local government have paid more attention to the education and training management of grassroots cadres.The education and management of middle-level cadres at the county level has also become an important topic of practice and exploration in various regions.YZ city,located in the golden waterway--the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river,is a demonstration area for the modernization construction in southern Jiangsu province.Taking YZ city as an example,this study focuses on the achievements and problems in the education and training management of the middle-level cadres in YZ city,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures and suggestions,which can be used for reference by similar regions.The research is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the relevant background and significance of the research,summarizes and analyzes the research at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas,methods and technology road maps;the second part is related concepts.Defining and interpreting,expounding the relevant theories referenced in this study,such as human capital theory,lifelong education theory,training evaluation theory,etc.The third part takes YZ city as an example,focusing on the status quo of government middle-level cadre education and training management,introducing YZ The measures taken and the achievements of the education and training management of the middle-level cadres of the municipal government in recent years,expounding the problems in the exploration,such as the lag of the training concept,the unscientific curriculum system,the unreasonable faculty,the insufficiency of teaching method innovation,and the inadequacy of the implementation of management evaluation system,and analyzing the causes of these problems from both subjective and objective perspectives.The fourth part draws lessons from the advanced practices and valuable experience of the training and education management of government leading cadres in other regions in China,and obtains inspirations from the management of middle-level cadres at the county level.The fifth part proposes countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the education and training management of middle-level cadres of YZ municipal government,such as updating the education and management thinking,improving the training course management system,strengthening the training of the teaching staff,optimizing the education and training management system,etc.The scientific and perfect middle-level cadre training management system and system will improve the overall quality,sense of sensation and happiness of the middle-level cadres of the YZ municipal government,further strengthen the construction of the middle-level cadres of the YZ municipal government,realize the needs of each and every need,and do their best.A good situation of mutual benefit,this is also an important manifestation of the purpose of this study.The sixth part puts forward the research prospects and outlook,which indicates that the results of this research will play an important role in guiding and improving the improvement and perfecting of the middle-level cadre education and training management system of YZ municipal government.It is also of certain reference value for the education and training management of middle-level government cadres in similar areas,and rising to the party and the country’s ’two centenary’ goals,it is pointed out that the education and training of middle-level cadres in county-level governments is the basic work concerning the success or failure of the party’s cause,the efficiency of the government’s operation,and the happiness and satisfaction of the masses.
