Research On Enhancing The Executive Ability Of Middle-level Cadresin Songming County

Implementing is the most important policy.The key to implementation is implementation.Comrade Mao Zedong once said,"After the policy line is determined,cadres are the decisive factor."Party cadres are the backbone of the Party and the state.Middle-level cadres are an important part of the whole cadre ranks and the backbone of undertaking the tasks of government organs and institutions.Middle-level cadres are not only an important bridge between leaders and grass-roots workers,but also an important link linking the preceding and the following and ensuring the smooth flow of government decrees.They are also important executors of the development strategy,work objectives and tasks of the unit.Whether they can play their due role directly affects the effectiveness of the whole organization and even the success or failure of specific work.Therefore,to enhance the executive power of middle-level cadres is an effective means to fully implement the policies and principles of the central government,an effective way to further deepen the reform and enhance the executive power of the government,and an effective measure to build a contingent of high-quality professional cadres.Based on the executive power of middle-level cadres,this paper will better promote the construction of livable and suitable industry new auxiliary city in Songming County,follow the thinking of "asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems",and take 601 middle-level cadres in Songming County as the basis,through individual interviews,compilation and issuance of questionnaires,comprehensively analyze middle-level cadres’age,gender and educational background.Based on the existing research results and the advanced experience of other regions,combined with the actual situation of Songming County,this paper probes into the problems and causes of middle-level cadres’executive ability,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the executive ability of middle-level cadres in Songming County.
