Analysis On The Path Of New Media Technology Empowerment Of The Disabled Group

Disabled groups are important members of society,and their comprehensive rehabilitation is the permanent pursuit of the harmonious development of disabled groups and society.At present,with the rapid development of new media technology,it is necessary to make full use of the functions of new media technology to enable the disabled to have a barrier-free information environment and realize identity reconstruction and holistic development.This article adopts the research method of interview and participatory observation,through interviews with the disabled,service caregivers,and staff,and combines their own practice in the organization.Analyze the practice of A Hope House using new media technology as an important service tool to empower disabled groups.The research starts from the application of new media technology in empowerment.On this basis,it is based on A Hope House,with people with spinal cord injury as the research object.Through the application of new media technology in empowerment,taking A Hope House as an example,Discuss according to the utility or the dilemma caused by the empowerment path of using new media technology.Through analysis,this research finds that A Hope House targets the disabled group,and divides the practice of empowering new media technology into three paths at the individual level,organizational level,and community level.The individual level uses the media of daily life to narrate and advocate the ability Cultivation,at the organizational level,integrates online and offline stores and live event webcasts,while at the community level,it relies on the development of individuals and organizations to integrate internal resources,participate in public leisure activities and seminars to make decisions for new media technology empowerment.The conclusion shows that A Hope House uses the platform of new media technology to connect psychology and mutual assistance at all levels of individual,organization participation,collective action,and community awareness,achieving development at the individual,organization,and community levels,and achieving self-care and economic life.Self-reliance has improved to a certain extent one’s ability to master resources and realize self-worth.In terms of organizational development,they have gone from helping the disabled to help each other to gradually become an organization with a certain scale and system,allowing the disabled to share resources and help each other;at the same time,they also enable the disabled to gain government attention and promote policy development,Let community managers have the awareness of developing more organizations.However,new media technology empowers disabled groups,and their empowerment process and results are complicated and tortuous.The result of new media technology empowerment is not necessarily sufficient.Existing research can also see that new media technology empowerment is susceptible to other environmental,individual,political,capital and other factors due to its technical characteristics,so its empowerment There is a certain controversy over the validity of.However,this study found that the professional advantages of social work can be used as a measure to deal with the dilemma of new media technology empowerment,providing more research samples for empowerment,which is popular and feasible for organizations with the same background,and promotes disability.Whole-person development of the group promotes social harmony.
