The South China Sea Islands have been China's inherent territory since ancient times, and China has indisputable sovereignty over the South China Sea Islands. The South China Sea issue is a bilateral issue between China and the South China Sea coast. However,in the new century, especially in recent years, the South China Sea issue has developed more and more in the direction of "internationalization" under the hype of the United States.Damage China's national interests. The international voice of the South China Sea issue now presents a complex situation. The issue of island disputes and sea area division between China and the South China Sea coast is not a problem between China and the United States. However, the United States has made mixed statements on this issue, repeatedly violating its declared "neutral" position and interfering in the South China Sea.Transaction.The right of international discourse is expressed by sovereign states using the international arena to express their views and positions on the relationship between global affairs and their own interests. In today's international environment,it is of special significance to China's peaceful resolution of the South China Sea issue. In the process of speculating on the issue of freedom of navigation in the South China Sea and the construction of islands and reefs, the United States has moved from behind the scenes to the stage and played a leading role. The United States deliberately misinterpreted the concept of "freedom of navigation" and expanded the scope of freedom of navigation in an attempt to impose US freedom of navigation standards on China. The United States deliberately accused China's island reef construction by using double standards and fuzzification concepts, deliberately neglecting the long-term illegal island reef construction activities in the Philippines,Vietnam and other countries, and creating a paradox that China's island reef construction threatens the peaceful resolution of the South China Sea issue. The United States has taken advantage of the international discourse power to attempt to shape the negative impression of China on the South China Sea issue in various international situations and to dwarf China's overall international image. From the perspective of international law,China should rationally and flexibly use international law to protect its own rights and interests, and use reasonable discourse to explain to the international community its correct ideas on the South China Sea issue, and resolutely safeguard its sovereignty while providing better public goods in the South China Sea.In the future,China needs to grasp the international discourse power over the South China Sea issue through timely and proactive information dissemination and dissemination and agenda setting, and guide the international community's public opinion on the South China Sea issue.By analyzing the performance and essence of the international public opinion that the United States dominates the South China Sea issue, this paper analyzes the essence of US intervention in the South China Sea affairs, summarizes the influence of the Sino-US South Sea discourse power struggle, and proposes corresponding suggestions for China's discourse debate on the South China Sea issue.
