Case Intervention Of Stress Relief For Familycaregivers Of Disabled Persons

With the implementation of family planning policy,the family structure of our country tends to nuclear family.And because of the aggravation of population mobility and migration in the industrial society,women,who were caregivers,also generally entered the workplace,and began to show the weakness of the family's ability to resist risks.China has the largest number of disabled people in the world.According to the Sixth Population Census and the Second National Sample Survey of Disabled Persons,it is estimated that by the end of 2010,the total number of disabled people in China will be 85.02 million,including 25.18 million people with severe disabilities.Disabled people are the most difficult and prominent group in the current social vulnerable groups,and many of their needs have not been well met.Influenced by physical conditions and social environment,the disabled groups in China generally have some problems,such as poor self-care ability,low degree of social participation and strong dependence on family caregivers.But the most basic needs are the daily life care needs.Restricted by traditional cultural concepts and economic conditions,combined with the imperfect social formal care system,most disabled people receive family care,and the future society will face a huge gap in human resources of family caregivers.Family caregivers not only include daily activities such as laundry,cooking and toilet,but also bear tremendous economic,psychological,health and social pressures.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent to relieve the pressure of family caregivers for the disabled.Social workers need to use professional methods and theories to intervene.Under the guidance of the tutor,the author pays attention to and studies the family caregivers of the disabled.Through the project of public welfare venture capital in Nanguan District of Changchun City,the pre-investigation and stress analysis of family caregivers for disabled persons were conducted,and case studies were conducted for individual caregivers.In the process of project practice,this paper formed the conception,combed the relevant literature at home and abroad,analyzed the theory,methods and skills used,summarized experience,combined with their knowledge and professional background,adopted case intervention method,and analyzed the psychological pressure of family caregivers of disabled people,summarized the basic situation,care pressure and coping measures of family caregivers of disabled people.In order to provide a morecomprehensive reference for the research in this field,we should make sufficient theoretical preparation for case study,make better intervention strategies for family caregivers of disabled people from the perspective of social work,and formulate effective service programs.
