A Study On Stress Problem And Response Strategy Of Family Caregivers For The Disabled Elderly From An Ecosystem Perspective

With the aggravation of China's aging population,the number of disabled elderly people is increasing.As the whole society is concerned about the elderly care,especially the special group of disabled elderly people,the disabled elderly people who undertake long-term,heavy and complex care work are not given enough attention due to their lack of support.Currently,China's old-age care mode is mainly family old-age care.Family caregivers are affected by physical function,emotional experience,income and expenditure,nursing skills and other factors,and suffer from physiological,psychological,economic and other pressures.Based on this,the study takes the care stress of disabled elderly family caregivers as the research content,and tries to put the care stress into the family caregivers' ecosystem from the perspective of ecology.In the early stage of the carding,this research from the problem of the family caregiver stress and coping strategies research and ecological perspective of theoretical foundation and practice mode "two parts to comb,it is concluded that in previous studies,no draw a distinction between pressure performance and influence factors,lack of from the ecological perspective on the research of the family caregivers,too much on family caregivers external support while ignoring their own ability to ascend,for the supplement function of social work in respite service is weak and value.In the study of care stress,this study collected evidence from 8 interviewees,elaborated the specific performance of care stress in the physical,psychological,economic,work and social relations of family caregivers,and analyzed the factors influencing the stress from the individual internal level and the external level of the environment.In the process of concrete practice,this research to accept respite service family caregivers L as an example,the ecological perspective based on the theory of ecosystem,combining pressure process model and life mode of practice,from the micro,medium and macro level service for director to carry out the case work,improving the capacity of director of care internal pressure regulation,to promote the integration of director of each ecosystem and function.At the end of the study,it is concluded that social work plays a supplementary role in the thought and content of family caregivers' respite service,providing reference suggestions for improving the respite service.
