Group Work Intervention Research On Stress Relief Of Family Caregivers Of The Elderly With Alzheimer's Disease

At present,the aging problem of China's population is becoming increasingly prominent,the number of elderly people suffering from Alzheimer's disease has risen sharply,and the care of the elderly with Alzheimer's disease has increasingly become the focus of people's attention.Most of the elderly with Alzheimer's disease and their families choose the family care mode.The long-term caregivers of the elderly with Alzheimer's disease mainly include the core members of the family,relatives or friends,who often suffer unimaginable pressure during the long care process.Family caregivers of the elderly with Alzheimer's disease generally face physical pressure,psychological pressure and social pressure during the long period of care.As an attempt,the author carried out a practical study on the intervention of group work to alleviate the pressure of family caregivers for the elderly with Alzheimer's disease.The author selected 10 G communities family caregivers,and using the social support theory,advantage theory as the team work in theoretical basis,design "let love breathing" team plan,organize 10 family caregivers conduct "because decree by destiny to gather together","at the beginning of the pressure relief experience","care pressure deep mining","stress out loud","slow pressure skills learning","promote yourself and your family","say" goodbye ",care pressure " seven times in group activities,explore the help team members to achieve care pressure relief.Practical exploration on the intervention of group work in the stress relief of family caregivers for the elderly with Alzheimer's disease found that: from the two aspects of the degree of group goal realization and the advantages of group work,group work plays an important role in the stress relief of family caregivers for the elderly with Alzheimer's disease;Social workers can use their professional advantages to improve the nursing skills,effective communication skills and stress relief skills of caregivers,enhance social interaction,realize the publicity of nursing knowledge,and strive for social support,so as to effectively alleviate the care pressure of family caregivers for the elderly with alzheimer's disease.
