Legislative Improvement Of China’s Online Car Management Supervision

With the rise of Internet technology and the combination of "Internet+" and traditional transportation,the online car has come into being.The diversified operation modes of online car and its different characteristics of traditional cruise taxis bring new challenges to the operation of the taxi market,such as the legitimacy of online car,the supervision and management of online car service,the supervision and relief of passenger travel safety,etc.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the legislative perfection of the management and supervision of online car in our country.This paper combines theory with practice,literature analysis and comparative study,and studies from the following aspects.Firstly,this paper expounds the operation service,operation mode and the necessity of perfecting its supervision legislation.Secondly,on the basis of combing the current legislation and policy status of the regulation of online car operation in China,the problems in legislation and practice are analyzed.Finally,through the analysis of the legislative experience of the United States,the United Kingdom and Singapore,from the aspects of formulating administrative rules and regulations for the management supervision of the online car,elaborating the supervision matters of the online car,improving the supervision means of the online car,relaxing the carrying conditions of the online car and the driver,improving the evaluation mechanism of the online car platform company,suggestions are put forward to improve the legislation on the management supervision of online car in China...
