Research On The Regulation Of Car Online Booking From The Perspective Of Administrative Supervision

With the continuous optimization and development of Internet big data era in recent years,many emerging industries rely on information technology to bring great convenience to people’s life.The ride-hailing industry is one of the most representative of these new forms of business.Unlike the traditional cruise taxi industry,ride-hailing is an emerging transportation mode developed in the context of sharing economy.Since 2012,the ride-hailing industry has been rapidly entering the Chinese market and gradually coming into people’s vision.Early network about car industry development order,although its unique service is can make up for the deficiency of traditional cruise taxi,but such a something new in the flourishing stage,both for the government regulators and for the general public,familiar with the acceptance and its need to be a certain process.Especially in terms of administrative supervision,due to the novelty and uniqueness of the online car hailing industry,it is not easy for relevant departments to formulate reasonable and effective regulations in combination with the actual development of online car hailing.According to the implementation rules already issued by some local governments,most of the policies adopted to maintain stability are based on the management methods of the traditional cruise taxi industry.What needs to be made clear is that online car hailing and traditional cruise taxi are two different forms of business,and they are fundamentally different in operation mode and management mechanism.If the regulation policies of online car hailing copy the regulation rules of traditional cruise taxi,it will inevitably lead to the undesirable phenomenon of inadaptability.In addition,about the car and the traditional cruise type taxis are not incompatible,net around the car as a product of the market should not kill by regulatory barriers,and traditional cruise taxi should not be destroyed,the correct development direction should be to let the two kinds of play their respective advantages,promote the development of the fusion of two industries.In such a regulatory background,there are still many problems in the government regulation of online car-hailing in China due to the lack of timely update of the government’s regulatory concept and the imperfection of relevant laws and regulations at the legislative level.To surf the Internet,the author of this paper about the car of the problems existing in government regulation,about the car through the net with the traditional cruise typetaxi scoping as a starting point,through the network of the current situation of regulation and legislation about the car industry analysis,and in considering network about car sharing economy,draw lessons from foreign experience of good supervision,introducing a new model of government and enterprise cooperation regulation,more effective implementation of the administrative supervision,for the development of the network about new car industry to create a fair,loose external environment,the promotion network about car field of science,healthy,stable and sustainable development.
