Research On Black Crimes In China’s Rural Areas And Its Prevention And Control Measures

The black and evil crime in our countryside is a social phenomenon with deep-seated social roots and huge social harmfulness.Since the reform and opening up,with the changes of rural social structure and the weakening of the party and state’s control over rural areas,black and evil crimes have become increasingly rampant in rural areas of China,which has already constituted a serious threat to the social stability and development of rural areas in China.Nowadays,under the background of carrying out the special struggle against gangsters and realizing the strategy of revitalizing the countryside,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically and comprehensively study the gangsters and evil crimes in our countryside and their corresponding prevention and control measures.This article,under the guidance of the common research idea of criminology research,namely,what is this crime phenomenon,why it occurs,how to prevent and control,uses field investigation method,case analysis method,comparative research method to discuss the social phenomenon of rural black crimes.and the structure of the article is divided into four parts for the corresponding discussion and analysis.The initial part of the article first defines the related concepts of rural black crimes,defining and distinguishing the two different forms of black and evil manifestations of rural underworld organizations and evil forces criminal organizations.It also compares the similarities and differences between rural black criminal organizations and criminal groups,in order to further deepen the understanding of the concepts related to rural black crimes.After the corresponding definition and distinction of the related concepts of rural black crimes,the second part of the article focuses on the characteristics,current situation and development trend of rural black crimes.Through the analysis of the related concepts,characteristics,current situation and development trend of rural black crimes,it is beneficial for us to correctly understand and grasp the internal reasons for the growth and development of rural black criminal organizations,at the same time,it also provides a certain reference for the development of targeted prevention and control measures.The third part of the article analyzes the causes of rural black crimes from the perspectives of society,economy and crime subculture.According to the research results of criminology,the occurrence of any kind of criminal phenomenon has a certain degree of relevance to its personal physiological and psychological factors,its natural environment and social environment,so are the causes of the occurrence of the rural black and evil crimes.The degeneration of the functions of grass-roots political organs and villagers’ autonomous organizations in rural areas has resulted in a vacuum of power and a great number of unhealthy social organizations.The imperfect rules of rural market and the intensity of the rural economic conflicts also provide opportunities for the evil forces in rural areas to take advantage of the void.The diversification of rural values has gradually weakened the control of traditional rural social morality and public opinion over rural areas,and criminal subculture has begun to prevail The superposition of these factors has contributed to the breeding and development of crime in rural areas.Through the analysis of the causes of the third part,the fourth part puts forward corresponding prevention and countermeasures.As for the innovation of this paper,the author focuses on the possibility of imposing a restraining system for the criminals of the rural evil forces who are hard to change and extending the time limit of the detention,arrest and prosecution for the criminals in black-related cases in order to more effectively eradicate the cancer of this society.The author hopes that through the discussion of the viewpoints of the article,everyone will have a better understanding of the black and evil crimes in the country,and provide some reference for China to crack down on the black and evil crimes in the country at this stage.
