Overseas Intelligence Gathering Under The Conditions Of Informationization

The overall national security concept of the new era and the increasingly severe stability situation have brought many opportunities and challenges to the overseas intelligence gathering of the public security organs.As a traditional model of overseas intelligence gathering,the development of human intelligence gathering has been greatly affected by the reality in recent years,and it has been unable to adapt to the rapidly developing information society.The continuous innovation of information technology has provided a broad space for development of overseas intelligence gathering,and has become the mainstream of it in the future.Starting from the development trend of overseas intelligence gathering,this paper analyzes the theoretical fit,necessity and importance of the concept of public security informationization and overseas intelligence gathering,and summarizes the characteristics of overseas intelligence gathering in traditional mode,elaborates the practical disadvantages including the barriers in the intelligence sector are serious,the cultivation of human intelligence relations is becoming more limited,and the ability of intelligence gathering is seriously insufficient,as well as the distinct advantages including the spatial unboundedness,field wideness,mode initiative,content diversity and low cost.On basis of this,the article puts forward the countermeasures to improve the overseas intelligence information under the conditions of informationization in research and development of overseas pubic intelligence gathering,strengthening the information construction of overseas intelligence gathering and the construction of basic security.
