Research On The Countermeasures Of Yaofangmen Time Bank Model

The paper takes the Yaofangmen time bank pension project as the main research object,explores the time bank pension model,and promotes it to operate in a certain region or even within a country,prompting the time bank to form a benign cycle in the practice of old-age care.Let the young people who have the need for the elderly in the future and the older people with low activity ability take the free time to participate in the volunteer activities.This paper mainly uses the literature research method and empirical analysis method to expound the related concepts and related theories such as pension model,time bank and time bank pension model.Taking Yaofangmen Time Bank as an example,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the development of Yaofangmen time bank pension project,and summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the old-age service.The imbalance between supply and demand of the old-age service,the lack of financial support,the difficulty in realizing the deposit and withdrawal,and the management of time currency.In terms of backwardness and lack of social cognition,the deep reasons for its analysis mainly include the lack of laws and regulations,the low level of specialization of old-age services,the single channel of fund-raising,the unreasonable mechanism of deposit and withdrawal,the low level of network information management and the government’s public opinion.In terms of lack of propaganda and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the time bank pension model represented by Yaofangmen Time Bank.It mainly starts from the following aspects: strengthening the construction of laws and regulations,improving the professionalization level of old-age services,diversifying funds,setting up a time-based bank pension information management platform,establishing easy-to-operate and easy-to-calculate credit and exchange standards,strengthening supervision and management mechanism construction and strengthening Public opinion and so on.
