Development Status And Countermeasure Of Government Mobile Office Platform Based On User Survey And Analysis

As the core of e-government,the government’s internal office system is a very important part of e-government.Under the traditional office mode,the document circulation speed is slow,the security and confidentiality are not high enough,and the office quality and office efficiency cannot meet the government’s work requirements.With the increasingly mature technologies such as mobile communication and wireless interconnection,smart phones,tablets,and laptops Popularization,mobile office not only brings convenience to daily work,but also saves administrative costs.In daily work,there are often cases where government workers go out to meetings,go to grassroots inspections,supervise inspections,etc.,resulting in the inability to process work immediately;therefore,it is urgent to build a government mobile office platform,using mobile communication technology to achieve mobile work processing,get rid of working hours and The office space is limited,and the business is handled anytime and anywhere,saving administrative costs and improving work efficiency.In recent years,although the number of government government applications in China has shown an increasing trend,most of them are oriented to mass service types.Most of them are in the process of information release or business processing.This is in line with the role of service-oriented government but oriented The APP for government insiders is still very scarce.At present,the government mobile office platform is in its infancy,and there are still many problems in the construction of the government mobile office platform.Therefore,it is very important to study the development status of the government mobile office platform and the problems existing in the construction.Compared with the large-scale use of the government service type of APP,the development of the government mobile office platform for government internal office is relatively slow.This paper is divided into five parts to explore the development status of government mobile office platform and the optimizationcountermeasures for existing problems.The first part puts forward the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research review,research methods and content,and innovation points.The second part combs the concepts and related theories of mobile e-government and government mobile office platforms.The third part conducts in-depth research on the development status of the government mobile office platform and the office needs of government workers in the form of interviews and questionnaires,and conducts a preliminary analysis of the survey results.On the basis of the survey results,the fourth part summarizes the problems of repeated construction,single office module setting and lack of professional talent management and maintenance in the development of government mobile office platform.The fifth part combines the problems existing in the development of the government mobile office platform,and puts forward suggestions for promoting the development of the government mobile office platform,such as unified development management,setting up talent introduction mechanism,and developing office modules based on user needs.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can promote the development of the government mobile office platform to play an active role in improving government office efficiency and saving government administrative costs.
