Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Office Management Of X District Committee Of A City Of CPC

The committee office of a district,as a comprehensive organization of a district committee,plays an important role in communication and coordination,document processing,comprehensive research and logistic service,which is the hinge of district departments.It is an irreplaceable assistant that helps the district committee format and implement all the strategic policies and decisions,which involves the various fields of the organization work.The office work carries out well or not,which directly determines if the policies and decisions can be implemented in order.As China’s deepening reform in the economic and social fields accelerates,the economic affairs and social problems resulted from economic reform frequently happen.The amount of the office work of a district committee also increases.It is highly required in the aspects of the management of working function,management content,coordinated objects and business fields.In this paper,the office of X district committee of A city is regarded as the research object.The definition and work function of the office and the contents of office management is briefly illustrated.The characteristics and work function of the office of Party committee is summarized in brief.The problems are found out in the fields of information collection and supervision,the quality and efficiency of work,comprehensive qualities of the office staff and etc..From the point of view of public administration,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems as follows,which comes out when the office of X district committee performs work function.Firstly,internal management consciousness weakens.Secondly,the system guarantee is not perfect.Thirdly,job responsibilities are not clear.Fourthly,cadres lack of training.Through research and discussion,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures aiming at the reasons resulted from the problems.The implementation of"Fine","Efficiency",and "Humanization" management impels the perfection of working mechanism,the improvement of work efficiency and level,the optimization of construction and management of the cadre team and the enhancement of the affinity and combat effectiveness of the committee office.The office shall be well promoted to play a functional role.
