Research On The Demand Analysis Of Coordination Office System For Luohu District Government

E-Government is an important way of interaction in the government and between thepublic and the government. But an important part of E-Government–the effect of thegovernment coordination office system construction is uneven. The thesis will carry on theexploration and research on how to improve the construction of the governmentcoordination office system and it will focus on the research of the demand analysis ofcoordination office system construction.In this thesis, literature and empirical analysis of the research study were usedin-depth study. First, it discusses the theoretical research about E-Government,coordination office system, and demand analysis, and it introduces the related concept,development process, theory and method and steps. Second, it analyzes the involvedspecific cases—the relevant background and the reason of the demand analysis deviationand the key problems to be solved in Luohu District Government coordination officesystem construction. At last, based on the relevant theoretical research method, it proposessolutions on Luohu District Government coordination office system. In the process of theimplementation of the solution, the thesis carry out to the principle to take the users as thecore and the driving source. And It gradually obtains a more comprehensive and clearerinformation of user demand by using structured analysis and object-oriented requirementanalysis method. It establishes an accurate and systematized model of user demand. Itcompiles a detailed user demand instruction manual so as to lay a good foundation for thesmooth construction of the system. In this thesis, Luohu District Government coordinationoffice system construction is taken as the study case. It analyzes the ideas and methods forthe construction system of this type. And it further improve the depth and breadth of userdriven in the part of demand analysis. The author of this thesis hopes that it can providereference for the current government coordination office system development and the construction of E-Government which is actively promoted by government agencies at alllevels. And hopes that it can provide a reference for the management to enhance theeffectiveness of government, enterprises and organizations.
