Research On The Development Of CPC’s Inspection System Since The 18th National Congress Of CPC

For a long time,the institution has been an important object in the political science research.The CPC’s inspection system,from germination to maturity,has become an important system of the political system.This paper mainly takes the 18 th national congress of CPC as a time node,and emphatically researches development process,development performance,development reasons and efficacy about inspection system since the 18 th national congress of CPC.The article falls into the following parts:The introduction part firstly introduces background and significance of this topic.Then it summarizes the previous research results of the inspection system of CPC.On the basis of existing research results,it further points out the research methods and innovation of this topic.Finally,we define the core concepts of this paper.The first chapter mainly investigates the development process of CPC’s inspection system.This part firstly combs the policy design and practice development process of the CPC’s inspection system before the 18 th national congress.Secondly,elaborating the policy design and practice development process since the 18 th national congress.The second chapter summarizes the performance of development of the inspection system since the 18 th national congress.On the basis of the first chapter,this chapter further points out performance of the inspection system in inspection positioning and operation mechanism,inspection subjects and objects,inspection methods and contents.The third chapter analyzes development reasons of CPC’s inspection system since the 18 th national congress.The reasons include Xi Jinping,the core of the CPC central committee leadership,the long-term maintenance to authority under democratic centralism,the risk consciousness of CPC,and the new change of outside the party.The fourth chapter explains that the development efficiency of the CPC’s inspection system since the 18 th national congress.As a political system,its development has strengthened the intra-party supervision mechanism,enhanced the stability of the political power,preserved close ties between party and people,and improved the international image of the party and the government.The fifth chapter outlooks the developing trend of the CPC’s inspection system in the future.At first,in terms of institutional culture,it’s indispensable to form a culture that recognizes the inspection system.In addition,with regard to the institutional design,continuing to strengthen the supervision to the inspection group members is crucial.What’s more,it has great significance to further innovate the ways and methods when it refers to system practice.Lastly,as for institutional feedback,it’s imperative to improve the inspection achievements transformation mechanism.
