Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid transformation of China’s economy and society,a series of social problems and social contradictions have become the dilemma of our country,specially facing with the impact of globalization and the maintenance of social harmony and stability,and traditional technological innovation has been unable to adapt to the social development of the transition period.At present,the practice platforms and activities of innovation are increasing constantly,and academic researchers are on the rise,which brings new ideas for solving the increasingly complex problems in our country.We have entered into the era of “synergistic innovation”,and the social innovation of single subject behinds the requirements of era development;however,the synergy emphasizes the systematization and integration,and can form a powerful force by complementing the advantages of multiple subjects.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),our government has vigorously promoted the reform of social system;and one important point is to f play a strong role of social organizations.Social organization is an important subject of social innovation,but in the process of social governance,government,enterprises,and social organizations lack of effective synergy between different subjects;in the course of practice,social organizations are in dependence of the embarrassing position,and the role positioning is relatively vague with other subjects,hardly to form a strong force.In fact,the social organization has its own unique advantages and characteristics,and it is an important breakthrough in the development of social innovation practice,playing a very vital role for the development of social innovation practice.Based on the concept of “synergetic innovation”,the thesis takes the real dilemma of social transition period such as complex social problems,various social needs and intensified social contradictions as the background,and puts the deviation between theory and practice as the starting point;besides,the necessity and feasibility of the synergy of social organizations and social innovation are dissected,the insufficiency of social organization synergy in our social innovation and the main reasons are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are actively put forward.Thus,the real synergetic role of social organizations can be brought into played,the multi-subject force can be formed in the practice course of social innovation,which is beneficial to achieve synergy and encourage people to make future efforts for the deepening of the reality of the problems and social innovation practice.
