The Research On The Grass-roots Governance Of Rural Party Organizations In Shunde District Of Foshan

With the rapid development of China’s society,rural development has also ushered in new opportunities,but at the same time,rural grassroots party organizations are also facing various challenges and problems.Under the high requirements of the new era,the traditional grass-roots party organization model has obviously not adapted to the needs of the current new rural development,other aspects such as rural economic development,rural stability,rural cultural transmission are also facing a variety of problems.In view of the existing problems,rural grassroots organizations should at present adapt to the trend of social development,and give full play to the role of rural grassroots party organizations,which is also an urgent problem to be solved by the relevant academic circles.Based on the specific example of the rural Party organizations in Shunde District of Foshan City,this paper analyzes the current situation of the grass-roots governance of the rural Party organizations in this area by means of questionnaires.Focus on the analysis of rural Party organizations at the grass-roots level construction is weak,backward service facilities,poor economic security,poor quality and ability of cadres,organization positioning fuzzy and other issues,and for the reasons for its formation are analyzed.In view of the existing problems and influencing factors,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the grass-roots governance of rural Party organizations in this area: first,to strengthen the political function of rural Party organizations;second,to strengthen the service position construction of rural Party organizations;third,to strengthen the construction of rural Party organizations;fourth,to improve the funding guarantee mechanism for Party construction;fifth,to strengthen the rural party groups organizational building.
