Research On The Governance Capacity Building Of Rural Grassroots Organizations In Suyu District

Everything in the world starts in the states and counties.If the states and counties are governed,the world will be governed.Rural society plays an important and key supporting role in the process of social and economic development in China.It is not only the main battlefield for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,but also a major task for the comprehensive establishment of the "well-off society".The governance ability of rural grass-roots organizations is the core force of rural governance.Giving full play to the governance ability of rural grass-roots organizations is a necessary requirement for the realization of "good governance" in rural areas.Therefore,the study of this issue has an important practical and guiding significance.By using case analysis,field investigation and literature research,this paper makes a large-scale analysis of the impact of Suyu district grass-roots party organization construction and village collective development on rural governance.At the same time,this paper takes the Tuyuan township and Guanmiao community of Suyu district as the research area to carry out an empirical study on the governance ability of rural grass-roots organizations,so as to understand the role of grass-roots organization governance in rural governance and find solutions.This paper consists of six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research;the second chapter summarizes the relevant theories of rural governance;the third chapter analyzes the case of the rural grassroots organizational governance capacity in the Suyu District to study the rural grassroots The promotion effect of organizational governance ability on rural economic and social development and existing problems;the fourth chapter explores the causes of rural grassroots organizational governance capacity in Suyu District;the fifth chapter focuses on the problems existing in the process of rural grassroots organizational governance,from optimizing rural areas Party organizations,and other five areas put forward specific countermeasures;Chapter VI conclusions and prospects.By perfecting a series of rural governance measures,we will draw a new picture of the development of Suyu villages,realize the normalization of "good governance in the countryside",further accelerate the construction of new villages in Suyu,improve the overall environment of people’s residence in Suyu village,and form a Yuyu New development highlights in the countryside.
