The social endowment insurance management center for urban and rural residents of Jinjiang City,as a member of many social insurance agencies across the country,has long been committed to providing high-quality,efficient and convenient services to the majority of urban and rural residents.It shows the common characteristics of many social insurance agencies,and it also highlights the shortcomings of the common propaganda of the agencies in keeping with the needs of the people,the isolation of the social security service platform,the lack of access to information,and the need to strengthen the fund's ability to maintain and increase its value.In the era of the Internet + information,it is urgent to solve these problems in the context of the increasing demand of urban and rural residents for government services and the general background of the reform and construction of a service-oriented government.Through research,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of public service functions of social insurance agencies and puts forward suggestions.This article introduces the main stage of the administrative center of social old-age insurance for urban and rural residents in Jinjiang City,including the construction of demonstration sites for management services,the construction of information platforms for convenience at the village level,the construction of intelligent service platforms,and the development of management service work.At the same time,the changes in the major business data over the years are analyzed.For example,the situation of business data such as insurance coverage,payment of fees,and payment of benefits,combined with social equity theory,government responsibility and other related government management theories,through interviews and questionnaires,we have a thorough understanding of the satisfaction,evaluation,and expectations of the masses of urban and rural residents.Through summarizing the results of the analysis,the following suggestions are put forward to promote its public service function to be better: First,it focuses on "point-to-point","line-to-line","face-to-face",and "net-to-net".Increase publicity;Second,through the establishment of a unified social security public service platform and the establishment of inter-departmental information resources sharing platform,to achieve substantial changes in business organization,improve the convenience of business handling;Third,we need to improve services to better serve urban and rural residents by establishing a stable social security service force,conducting regular business training,developing Internet + services,improving service standards,and conducting business combing.Fourth,we will improve the ability to maintain and increase the value of the fund and establish a fund security and prevention mechanism to ensure that the rights and interests of the insured persons are not damaged.
