Research On The Integration Mechanism Of "Internet + Government Service" From The Perspective Of Technology Enabling

The expansion and extension of network communication technology in the field of government affairs shows the network,intelligence and convenience,which makes people's requirements and expectations for government governance constantly improve.People not only seek improvement in the quality of government services,but also put forward higher requirements on the form and procedures of government services.In order to comply with the development of the Internet era,transform government functions to achieve informatization of government management,manage government affairs more efficiently and provide quality public services to citizens,China takes "Internet + government affairs" as an important task to promote the integration of government services.Internet technology enables government affairs to improve the fragmented service supply caused by the fragmentation of departments and play an integrated role in improving the efficiency of government services.This paper takes the government affairs service center of F district of shenzhen city as the research case,adopts the research method of field investigation and interview,and tries to study the role of technology enabling in the government affairs service reform of F district.Firstly,this paper describes the research problems,research status and related concepts,and explores how technology affects the process and results of government service reform from the perspective of technology implementation.Secondly,starting from the historical process of government service reform,the paper analyzes the change of government integration mode in horizontal time and the vertical technology integration mode.On this basis,this paper takes the government affairs service center of F district of shenzhen city as an example to analyze its reform mode,motivation and reform results.Thirdly,from the vertical business and horizontal process of the bureaucratic system,power integration,system integration four dimensions analysis of F district government center under the Internet technology technology enabling government integration reform methods.Finally,this paper analyzes the difficulties and their causes in the process of administrative service reform from the top-level design of departments and government,the platform of masses and government affairs,and the integration of government affairs,and puts forward constructive Suggestions.
