| In the context of the internet plus government services initiative,the use of "internet plus"technology to provide better government services to people has become a research hotspot.With the development of science and technology,e-government continues to step forward,and the government affairs APP has become an important government service platform after the development of government website,government microblog and government We Chat official account.The research government APP can meet the requirements of"Internet plus government" of China,and also meet the requirements of transforming government functions,streamlining administration and delegating power,optimizing services,and building a service-oriented and digital government.Based on the theory of holistic governance and service-oriented government,this paper analyzes the integration mode of government affairs APP in Guangdong province by case analysis method and comparative analysis method.Through literature review,understand the research theory of government affairs APP.Firstly,from the current situation of the development of China’s government affairs APP,finding the mobile internet has been the background of the development of government affairs APP.Taking the Guangzhou municipal government as an example,comparing the similarities and differences between the governmental portal website,government affairs microblog and We Chat official accounts of government and government affairs APP.This paper analyzes the development of government affairs APP in China,and finds that in addition to the independent government APP in the past,there is also embedded government APP.The independent government APP and embedded government APP are compared to analyze their advantages and disadvantages.Then,the analysis of the early development of government affairs APP in Guangdong provincial,from its development year,administrative level distribution,regional distribution,departmental distribution and service distribution of the analysis,found that most regions and departments have their own government affairs APP,reflecting the characteristics of traditional service informationization to be fragmented.The problems existing in thefragmented government affairs APP are: the staff is time consuming and laborious due to a large number of government affairs APP;the number of users is small,the popularity is not high,the experience is not strong and some government affairs APP functions are single,users need to download more than one government affairs APP.From the development of the government affairs APP,found that the "In-one-window" data integration of government affairs APP,can let the fragmented government affairs APP to enable connectivity across networks,data and administrative.From the analysis of the integration mode of the prefecture-level government affairs APP,the Shunde Baishitong APP of Foshan with better data integration is chosen as the research object.The data integration of Shunde Baishitong APP is carried out through the integration of government service online,the centralized convergence of work guide and the mastery of convenience service,which is the characteristic of " In-one-window " of information service.By analyzing the data integration of provincial Government Affairs APP,this paper further analyzes the mode of administrative APP data integration in Guangdong province.About independent government affairs APP,taking Guangdong government service APP as an example,and the embedded government affairs APP,takes "Guangdong Province" Small Program as an example,through the data integration model of the two,found that Guangdong government service APP is top-down,department-oriented to design and organize matters;Guangdong province " Small procedures are bottom-up,user-oriented to design and organize matters,found that the " Guangdong province " Small Program data model more in line with the needs of public.By studying the integration mode of government affairs APP in Guangdong Province,this paper hopes to provide some reference suggestions for the development of government affairs APP,and also hopes to share its successful experience in all provinces and regions of the country,so that people all over the country can enjoy the convenience of the internet plus government services initiative. |
