In recent years,with the rapid development of China's "Internet + government service" industry,the scope of China's online government service has gradually expanded.At the same time,the government is facing problems such as the construction and upgrading of related government information platforms.China Wanwei is a subsidiary of China Telecom Group.It has a certain reputation and strong technical strength in software development and system integration.With the rapid development of the "Internet + government service" industry,One of the products of Wanwei,Government Affairs Integration Platform,occupies a certain market position.However,due to the large market potential in this industry,market competition is fierce.Furthermore,Wanwei still lacks a clear and complete product marketing strategy,and does not have an advantage when it competes with outstanding competitors in the same industry.Therefore,under the huge market potential and fierce market competition environment,it is necessary to establish a perfect marketing strategy for the Government Affairs Integration Platform to ensure that has good marketing competitiveness.This article focuses on the marketing strategy of China Wanwei's Government Affairs Integration Platform.First,The author introduces the marketing status of the "Internet + government service" industry,Wanwei Company,the Government Affairs Integration Platform,and raises the problems of marketing;Second,it analyzes the marketing environment of the government-integrated platform,including the macro environment analysis and competitive environment analysis;Third,SWOT analysis of the Government Affairs Integration Platform and put forward the combination strategy;Fourth,it analysis the STP of the Government Affairs Integration Platform.After construction level and type of market segmentation,determine its target market,include conduct price,product,and competition in the target market.And then proposed its 7Ps marketing strategy,including product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,personnel strategy,tangible display strategy and process strategy;Fifth,Put forward the plan and implement control measures of marketing strategy.The value of the research results in this paper lies in enhancing the marketing competitiveness of Wanwei's Government Affairs Integration Platform.At the same time,it provides important marketing ideas and practical cases for the development of the "Internet + government service" industry.To a certain extent,it has a case reference value for the actual implementation of the country's implementation of the " streamline administration,delegate powers,and improve regulation and services," reform and the improvement of the application of information technology in the whole society.
