Research On Social Governance Of Xinjiang Zhundong Economic And Technological Development Zone

As the main battlefield of the new industrialization of the autonomous region and the core growth pole of the economic development of changji prefecture,Xinjiang Zhundong economic and technological development zone is located in the core area of "One Belt And One Road",which has unique geographical advantages and has made important contributions to the promotion of regional economic and social development.But in the process of its constant development,because the Zhundong development zone is located in the desert gobi,relatively harsh natural conditions and an area of broad,not relying on the local counties resources effectively,need to take certain social affairs management functions,so compared with the general economic and technological development zone,has a certain particularity and typicality.Especially,the existing problems in social governance of Zhundong development zone can no longer serve the further economic development of Zhundong development zone.Therefore,how to solve the problems in social governance of Zhundong development zone has become the key to accelerate the comprehensive development and rise of Zhundong development zone.This paper takes the social governance of Zhundong economic and technological development zone of Xinjiang as the research object,and takes governance theory,new public service theory and collaborative governance theory as the theoretical cornerstone.This paper mainly introduces the development situation of Zhundong development zone and its remarkable achievements in social governance.Due to the particularity of Zhundong development in social governance,some problems have been found along with the development of Zhundong development zone.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the Zhundong development zone in social governance include:the predicament of the law in the district management committee,under the new situation of the work to be improved,social public service level improvement and districts need to strengthen the talent team construction,and discusses its contain deep reasons behind.Based on the analysis of the above problems and reasons,this paper puts forward feasible measures and Suggestions for further improving and optimizingthe social governance of Zhundong development zone,so as to provide certain theoretical reference for the further development and rise of Zhundong development zone in the future.
