Under the background of the aging society,Promoting the reemployment of retirees is not only conducive to increasing the income of retirees and enriching their spiritual life,but also is of great benefit to alleviating many social problems.However few retirees in our country willing to re-employment after retirement,So what factors affect whether they re-employment,what are the characteristics of their reemployment motives,become a valuable problem to research.In this background based on the occupation before retirement type as the division standard,combined with the continuity theory,exchange theory,activity theory of J city 30 retirees study using semi-structured interviews,and draw the following conclusions:(1)The retirees reemployment four features: informal employment phenomenon is very common;The income gap of reemployment after retirement is large;Social network is the most important way to achieve reemployment;There is a strong continuity in the reemployment of mental workers.(2)There are positive and negative influences on the reemployment of retirees.(3)Increase economic income;Maintain physical and mental health;Enrich your life after retirement;It is the four main purposes of reemployment for retired people to give full play to the society.(4)Factors affecting the reemployment of retirees can be divided into:external environmental factors and their own factors,among which external environmental factors include: policy and regulatory support;Influence of family member attitude;The influence of social concept and technological change and economic transformation.Personal factors include: the influence of values;Gender impact;The influence of network and economic capital and their own quality ability.Finally,on the basis of this,the author puts forward some thoughts on promoting the reemployment of retirees: to increase propaganda and change the cognitive deviation of the society to the elderly;The government creates a favorable policy environment for the reemployment of retirees.Establish a low-age human resource market.The possible innovations of this study are :(1)the existing researches in related fields are mostly quantitative analysis,and qualitative research orientation is adopted in this paper.(2)Be able to pay attention to the internal heterogeneity of the retired elderly group,and use different types of the original occupation as the standard of division;(3)Concerning retired personnel again obtain employment situation,the purpose and the influence factors of the current study focuses on "what" and "to do",and this paper tries to explore the "why" behind the phenomenon.
