Research On Government Support Strategy In The Development Of Intelligent Tourism In Xuzhou City

In recent years,with the development of high technology such as Internet,big data,Internet of Things and artificial intelligence,traditional tourism is facing transformation and upgrading.With the application of information technology in tourism,intelligent tourism can not only make tourists get personalized service experience,but also accelerate the development of tourism economy.The government plays an important role in the development of intelligent tourism.On the basis of domestic and foreign research and field investigation on government support for intelligent tourism,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the development of Xuzhou's intelligent tourism,such as inadequate promotion of social awareness,unbalanced development of regional construction,untimely updating of information maintenance,imperfect supporting system and mechanism,and low level of infrastructure construction.The reasons are that ideology needs to be changed and promoted,network marketing and propaganda are not strong,Business Model Transition in Internet Age,insufficient information support,system and mechanism cooperation is not smooth and so on.The government can further promote the development of wisdom tourism in Xuzhou from the following aspects.Firstly,enhancing the Guarantee of Intelligent Tourism Work,including improving leadership mechanism,increasing investment in policies,funds and talents,and strengthening performance evaluation;secondly,accelerating the construction of Internet,Internet of Things and basic database infrastructure;thirdly,Building Intelligent Tourism big data application,industry supervision and consumer rights protection,public safety emergency management and tourism marketing promotion.Finally,we should promote the innovation of intelligent tourism public service and the integration of tourism resources.
