The Analysis Of The Demand And Its Influencing Factors Of Elderly Smart Home Care In Beijing

The "silver tide" spread from all parts of the country has become a hot spot of public concern.Beijing is one of the most representative cities in China’s aging trend.Beijing is in the stage of moderate aging,with large scale,rapid growth,unbalanced characteristics,in order to solve the old-age problem,intelligent home-based pension services emerged as the times require.The demand of intelligent home-based care service for the aged is an important factor for the smooth implementation of old-age care service,and also one of the standards that determine the smart home-based care service project.The main purpose of this paper is to explore the elderly’s demand for smart home care services and its influencing factors,to accumulate experience in the implementation of smart home care services,and to provide reference for the elderly’s choice of care.By reviewing the relevant research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper adopts the method of literature research and empirical research to select the elderly in H Street of Haidian District as the object of investigation.Through data analysis,we can judge whether individual characteristics,income characteristics,family characteristics and other characteristics will affect the smart home care services.The demand for smart home care services has a significant impact,and on this basis,the reasons are explained.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Age and education are positively correlated with personal characteristics,and male needs for them are greater than female needs.(2)Income in the economic characteristics is positively related to the demand for smart home care services.(3)The demand for elderly living alone in family characteristics is significantly greater than that in elderly people who live alone.(4)Among other characteristics,the cognitive level,the frequency of participation in sports activities and the proficiency of using intelligent equipment are positively correlated with the demand for intelligent home-based pension services,while the ability of self-care and the number of times of meeting with children each month are negatively correlated with the demand for smart home care services.To sum up,this paper proposes the following Suggestions:(1)Strengthen government functions,carry out work at different levels,and build a complete information security system;(2)Encourage and guide various institutions to integrate information construction projects of smart home care services;(3)Improve the information platform of smart home care services;(4)Promote the development of information technology for the elderly.
