Analysis Of The Phenomenon Of The New Rural Elites In Rural Tourism

At present,China is in a critical period of economic,political,cultural and social transition.Urbanization and modernization have objectively involved the rural areas into the track of social development.Rural tourism,as an important driving force to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and an important path for rural revitalization,has a direct impact on the development of local rural social and economic construction.More and more new rural elites come to or return to the countryside where they start up businesses to drive the economic growth,social development.Based on the analysis of different types of new follow villagers'participation in the development of the local rural tourism,this study try to find a new feasible path of rural tourism development,to provide certain reference for the new rural elites better promote the local rural tourism development.This paper,from the perspective of reality and history,uses the field investigation and historical analysis,reviews the historical literature and analyzes the first-hand data of the research,and carries out an in-depth study on the phenomenon of new rural elites in rural tourism.First,by combing traditional Chinese rural elites'participation in the development of the rural social history change,the paper points out that the new rural elites group is the inheritance and development of traditional rural elites,which is the real need under the background of the new era.Compared with the traditional rural elites,the new rural elites has different connotation characteristics and groups,and for the first time they are divided into "the rural elites who come to the countryside","the rural elites who return to the countryside",and"the rural elites who are in the countryside".Secondly,in-depth research is conducted on the villages of ChangSha city,PingJiang county and NingXiang city where the three types of the rural elites' investment and construction projects were located to obtain the first-hand important data.ROSTCM6 software is used to analyze and sort out the data and point out the types and motivations of new rural elites' participating in the development of local rural tourism.The paper analyzes the influence of new rural elites on the development of local rural tourism from the aspects of the similarities and differences of social and economic influence,future development planning,difficulties:in its own development,and the interaction with local villagers.The differences and similarities of different types of new rural elites' participation in rural tourism are compared.Finally,the paper summarizes the main difficulties encountered by the new rural elites in the local development of rural tourism and briefly analyzes the reasons,so as to put forward countermeasures to promote the new rural elites to participate in rural tourism and find the direction for the development of local rural tourism.Based on the above analysis,this paper holds that:(1)the participation of new rural elites in rural tourism is a dual choice between history and reality.(2)the new rural elites and rural tourism fit and promote each other.(3)the participation of new rural elites in rural tourism still faces many difficulties.
