College Students In Heyuan Technician College From The Perspective Of New Public Management

under the new employment situation,the employment problem of higner vocational students has gradually become a focus issue of the government,society,higher vocational education colleges,families and higher vocational students.In particular,due to many factors such as the expansion of college recruiting for many years and the upgrading of domestic industries in recent years,the current status of employment difficulties for higher vocational students has been caused.This article first addresses the social status quo of employment issues for graduates of higher education,especially the current employment difficulties of higher vocational students,and conducts research and analysis based on the new public management theory.The new public management theory is used as a guiding theory,combined with Heyuan Technicians College graduate employment as a case study.The study analyzed the current status,causes,consequences and corresponding solutions to the difficulty of employment for vocational students.The study is divided into 4 parts.The first part is the introduction part.This paper consults and analyzes the relevant literature on the employment of Higher Vocational students,analyzes the relevant experts and scholars on the employment theory,new public management theory and other aspects of research,introduces the research background,research significance and research framework of this study.The second part explores the employment problem of Vocational College Students in theory,focusing on the new public management theory in solving the employment problem ideas and views,thus building the theoretical basis of this study.The third part takes Heyuan Institute of Technicians as the research object,through the investigation and statistics of the employment situation of the vocational students in Heyuan Institute of Technicians,studies and analyzes the employment status of the vocational students represented by Heyuan Institute of Technicians and the causes of employment difficulties.In the fourth part,on the basis of the analysis of the representation and causes of the employment difficulties of the current vocational college students,the paper uses the comprehensive political economics and management theory,especially in the perspective of the new public management theory,gives the Countermeasures for the employment difficulties of the current vocational college students.It is pointed out that to solve the problem of employment difficulties of Higher Vocational students,it is necessary to solve the problem from multi-faceted,multi-level,comprehensive use of government,society,schools and other multi-faceted forces.For example,the government should not only play a good role as a public service provider,but also need higher vocational education schools to adapt to social needs,timely adjust the training programs and training strategies of Higher Vocational students.
