Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Implementation Of Employment Policy For College Students In Higher Vocational Colleges In Chengdu

In recent years,higher education industry has made continuous progress in China,gradually realizing the change from "elite education" to "mass education".To achieve the ambitious goal of "producing large education in poor countries",over the years,the number of domestic higher vocational colleges has been showing an increasing trend,and the number of graduates has also been increasing year by year.Chengdu is the main education city in the heart of western China,and its number of education and enrollment is more in our country.However,there are still differences between students enrolled in higher vocational colleges and the eastern region.In addition,in recent years,my country’s economic weakness has had a direct impact on the labor market.Graduates face fierce competition for employment,and the employment situation is not optimistic.They face tremendous employment pressure.Taking Chengdu as the research background,this article summarizes the topic selection background,topic selection significance,current research status at home and abroad,relevant viewpoints,and theoretical knowledge.We use questionnaire surveys and interviews to analyze the status quo of the implementation of the employment policies for college students in higher vocational colleges in Chengdu.Aiming at some of the problems and reasons that may be encountered in the implementation of the current employment policies for college students in vocational colleges in Chengdu,an in-depth analysis and summary are made,and the problems in the implementation of the policy are summarized,including policy content,implementation subject,implementation object,implementation environment.Further analyze the reasons for the problems,including the lack of policy itself,the inadequate implementation of higher vocational colleges,the incomplete understanding of the policy by the target group,and the lack of strong guarantees for the implementation environment.Finally,based on the previous analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of the employment policy of college students in higher vocational colleges in Chengdu are proposed,mainly from formulating a reasonable employment policy for college students,improving the implementation level of higher vocational colleges,strengthening the correct guidance for students,and creating a good policy implementation environment are analyzed.
