Research On Emergency Management Of Emergency In Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of social change and Chinese higher education,the campus’ security issues have become increasingly prominent,college emergencies occur frequently.This paper attempts to investigate the current situation and problems of emergent emergency management in five colleges and universities in Fujian to find out the current situation of emergent emergency management in China.On the basis of investigation and interviews with five colleges and universities in Fujian Province,this paper thinks that there are many problems about emergency management emergencies in Fujian colleges and universities.The first problem is emergency management prevention mechanism is not perfect,the second problem is ineffective emergency treatment,and the third problem is emergency treatment is not ideal.The paper offers following proposals:Firstly,establish a correct sense of crisis and strengthen emergency education and exercises,the establishment of a sensitive emergency response system;Secondly,improve the emergency decision-making mechanism,improve the emergency disposal mechanism to ensure emergency communication mechanism,improve the emergency coordination mechanism;Thirdly,the establishment of colleges and universities unexpected events of the aftermath to appease the mechanism,attach importance to colleges and universities unexpected events after the assessment mechanism to build,improve the emergency management of colleges and universities after the resumption of management mechanism to strengthen the reconstruction of the physical situation,to restore the school’s reputation and image,to promote the study of teachers and students Return to normal.
