Hebei is located in a special geographical position around Beijing and tianjin,and is now in a new period of rapid economic development.Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing,tianjin and hebei,high-point positioning of xiong ’an new district and Beijing’s holding of the winter Olympics in zhangjiakou,the situation of safe production in hebei province is very stable,which will directly affect the overall situation of safe production in the whole province and even the whole country.As the society pays more and more attention to the safety problems in our province,the tolerance for the occurrence of safety accidents becomes lower and lower,and the pressure on the staff engaged in safety production supervision also increases.In terms of the management of safety supervision cadres,in the past,what the government and society paid attention to was mostly the working ability and comprehensive quality of groups or individuals,which often ignored the actual demand generated by the work of safety supervision cadres.At present,some incentive mechanism and safeguard measures given to hebei provincial safety supervision cadre team are not targeted enough and cannot effectively meet the needs of this specific group.The efforts and workload of safety supervision officials in their work cannot reach a positive correlation with their expected harvest,which has affected their work enthusiasm and work enthusiasm,thus bringing negative effects to the construction of the entire cadre team of safety supervision officials.In view of this,it is the key point that safety supervision cadre management needs to pay attention to improving the work enthusiasm of safety cadre supervision team and solving the problem of low satisfaction of incentive mechanism.Refer to a large number of data is presented in this paper,on the basis of the existing relevant research literature was summarized the finishing,and the integrated use of survey method,statistical analysis,in view of the safety supervising cadres in hebei province has carried on the overall research,focuses on analyzing the existing incentive mechanism of various factors of importance and satisfaction,through the analysis found that the safety regulation in hebei province cadre of current incentive mechanism in all kinds of factors,including compensation system,performance appraisal,promotion system and educationtraining satisfaction and satisfaction of weight of individual differences.At present,the focus of the work is to put forward incentive measures according to the degree to which safety supervision cadres attach importance to various incentive factors,so as to improve the satisfaction of the incentive mechanism and effectively stimulate the work enthusiasm of safety supervision cadres.
