An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of County-Level Government's Incorruptible Perception

"The people most hate corruption.Corruption is the biggest threat facing our party."General Secretary Xi Jinping made a clear interpretation and judgment on the form of the anti-corruption struggle in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The communique of the Second Plenary Session of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to resolutely rectify the corruption problem around the masses and cover the"last mile"from the strict governance of the party.The corrupt behavior of government public officials directly affects the establishment of the government's image of integrity,and erodes the basic credibility of the government in the hearts of the public.As an important part of the local government,the county-level government has a special role of connecting urban and rural areas,communication blocks,and linking up and down.It is an important part of national governance and government operations.In recent years,the corruption situation at the county level has been severe,corruption in the poverty alle-viation sector,corruption in the people's livelihood,and protection of local evil forces have frequently occurred in many types of corruption cases,directly damaging the fundamental interests of the people and reducing the sense of gain of the people.This has led to a decline in the government's perception of cleanliness.In the practice of world anti-corruption research,it is a common practice in the field of clean government research to measure the public's perception of the government's incorruptibility through systematic research methods such as questionnaires and to take targeted improvement measures.Based on the data samples of 279 questionnaires in 8 counties and districts of Anhui Province,this paper takes public perception as the entry point and deeply discusses the influencing factors of county-level government's perception of cleanliness.Through the design of the county-level government's measurement indicators of incorruptible perception factors,a random survey of the public in eight counties and districts of Anhui Province was conducted,and a multivariate linear regression method was used to construct a regression model of the county-level government's perception level of cleanliness,and the county was explored.The main factors of the government's level of clean and honest perception provide practical and feasible reference for improving the level of clean and honest perception of the county government.The results show that the effectiveness of anti-corruption and information disclosure have a significant role in promoting the level of corruption awareness of county-level governments,and the experience of social public exposure to corruption has a significant inhibitory effect on the level of honesty perception of county-level governments.
