Research On Evaluation And Construction Of Credibility Of The County Government Based On Perception Of Public

The government’s credibility is the ability of the executive and administrative personnel to gain public trust through the implementation of administrative actions.In the entire social credit system,the status of government credibility is self-evident.In our country,the grassroots organizations at the county level have the most frequent contact with the people.Therefore,the construction of China’s service-oriented government depends to a certain extent on the level of credibility of the county-level government.Through the analysis of various factors of the government’s credibility,the paper constitutes a system of evaluation of the credibility of the county-level government.First of all,this article defines the related concepts of credibility,government credibility,and the credibility of the county government,expounds the theoretical sources of government credibility,provides some theoretical support for the construction of county-level government credibility,and then,based on the principle of the evaluation index system,this paper analyzes In addition,four major first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators were selected to construct a government-level evaluation index system.The questionnaires were used to effectively identify the selected indicators and use the AHP method.The proportions of these indicators and their subordinate lower-level indicators have been allocated.Again,this paper uses the election of Yiwu City as an example to conduct specific analysis and research.It uses the index system developed specifically for the rating of county governments to distribute questionnaires to collect information,and fully respects the current situation of the credibility of Yiwu City.Quantity is evaluated in two aspects.This can not only verify the accuracy of the evaluation system,but also solve the problems that arise in the process of establishing credibility in Yiwu City.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems of the credibility of the Yiwu government and the causes of the problems,the countermeasures to improve the credibility of the Yiwu government are proposed.
